About Bugged tf Out

Bugged tf Out is an identity-based ecosystem that may include apparel, memberships, certificates, educational content, community participation, digital experiences, and other related products and services.

BTFO reserves the right to modify, expand, discontinue, or update any aspect of the ecosystem at any time.

Products and Services

We strive to present products, services, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible.

Because some products are custom-made, personalized, or produced through third-party fulfillment providers, minor variations may occur.

BTFO reserves the right to modify products, services, pricing, availability, and offerings without notice.

Create Your Own Bugg Membership

The Create Your Own Bugg process includes creative development, administrative processing, design work, and related services.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Design work begins shortly after purchase.
• One request for additions or revisions may be provided during the design process.
• Final production begins after customer approval.
• Custom-created materials may not be eligible for refunds once work has begun.
• Participation in the Create Your Own Bugg process does not guarantee approval of every requested design element.
• BTFO retains discretion regarding final implementation of designs and ecosystem standards.

Existing Buggs and Pre-Designed Unclaimed Buggs

Purchasing apparel, merchandise, or related products associated with Existing Buggs or Pre-Designed Unclaimed Buggs does not automatically grant:

• Membership status
• Certificate rights
• Official claim rights
• Ownership rights
• Administrative rights
• Leadership status
• Ecosystem privileges

Official recognition occurs only through processes established by BTFO.

Membership Notice

BTFO memberships, Buggs, certificates, and related materials are intended for identity, community, participation, and recognition purposes only.

They do not represent:

• Ownership in any company or entity
• Securities
• Investments
• Equity interests
• Financial interests
• Profit-sharing rights
• Voting rights
• Ownership claims to BTFO, Modestly Enlighted Co., or affiliated entities

No aspect of the BTFO ecosystem should be interpreted as an offer of securities, investments, or financial opportunities.

Certificates

Official Bugg Certificates serve as recognition documents within the BTFO ecosystem.

Certificates are ceremonial and community-based in nature.

Certificates do not constitute legal ownership, investment interests, financial instruments, securities, or contractual rights beyond those specifically stated by BTFO.

Intellectual Property

All website content, artwork, graphics, logos, designs, certificates, encyclopedia content, written materials, branding, and related materials are the property of Bugged tf Out, Modestly Enlighted Co., licensors, or authorized contributors unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

Community Participation

Participation within the BTFO ecosystem is a privilege and not a guaranteed right.

BTFO may utilize third-party providers including payment processors, fulfillment companies, shipping carriers, website platforms, email providers, and other service providers.

BTFO is not responsible for outages, interruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
