At Bugged tf Out (BTFO), we strive to provide high-quality products, memberships, and customer experiences.
Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Existing Buggs and Pre-Designed Unclaimed Buggs Apparel
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selections made by the customer
• Buyer's remorse
• Preference changes after purchase
So, please review sizing information carefully before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Misprinted
• Incorrectly fulfilled
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please provide:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the product
If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Create Your Own Bugg Membership
The Create Your Own Bugg Membership includes creative services, design development, membership processing, and administrative work that begins shortly after purchase.
Because work begins shortly after submission, membership purchases are generally non-refundable once the design process has started.
Cancellation Requests
Customers may request cancellation before any design work has begun.
If no design work, review, or administrative processing has occurred, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
Design Approval Process
Each Create Your Own Bugg Membership includes:
• Initial Bugg concept development
• One opportunity to request additions or revisions
• Final design approval before production
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their design carefully before final approval is provided.
Once final approval has been submitted and production begins, refunds will not be available.
Custom Products
Because custom-created Buggs, certificates, artwork, and related materials are personalized specifically for an individual customer, such items are generally non-refundable after creation or approval.
Shipping Delays
Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Refunds will generally not be issued solely due to carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.
